We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and human resources, with a focus on employee relations and operations management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- [X] years of experience in employee relations and operations management, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience leading and developing a team of HR professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
