We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, HR operations, and compliance within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive working environment
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, policies, and procedures
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services and support to employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [6-8] years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, or a related field
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
