We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources and employee relations, with a focus on the financial services sector.

As the Employee Relations Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations within the organization. This includes handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and implementing employee relations policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals to ensure the smooth operation of employee relations functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives to promote a positive work environment
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct trainings and workshops on employee relations topics
- Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Monitor and analyze employee relations data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations on employee relations activities for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in employee relations or human resources, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team management experience is a plus
