We are currently seeking a highly skilled Factory Operations Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing operations within the agriculture industry and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall performance
- Manage and supervise a team of production staff, ensuring proper training and development
- Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines and targets
- Work closely with the quality control team to ensure products meet company standards
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze production data and report on key performance indicators to senior management
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Manage budget and expenses related to factory operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory operations management within the agriculture industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience with budget management and cost control
