We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee our telecommunications manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The Factory Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize production processes and increase efficiency
- Monitor and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all employees
- Manage and train a team of production staff to meet performance goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for future growth and expansion of the facility

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and increasing operational efficiency
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
