We are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Factory Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory operations, including production planning, staffing, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize factory efficiency
- Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Monitor and adjust production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve factory operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
