Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah, specializing in real estate materials production. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a thorough understanding of production processes within the real estate sector. This role is pivotal for optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations of the factory, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

- Process Optimization: Analyze production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize resource utilization.

- Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

- Team Management: Supervise and mentor factory staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous professional development.

- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the factory's budget, monitoring operational costs, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies in all aspects of factory operations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of products to customers.

- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, efficiency metrics, and any challenges faced to senior management.

- Technology Integration: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing new systems and tools to enhance factory operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in factory operations management, preferably in the real estate or construction materials sector.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools, along with a solid understanding of production processes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
