We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our educational farm in Abu Dhabi. The Farm Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, organization, and management of the farm operations to ensure the successful production of crops and livestock while also providing educational opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement farm plans and budgets to achieve production goals and objectives
- Manage and supervise farm staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops
- Manage the care and breeding of livestock
- Maintain farm equipment and infrastructure
- Implement sustainable farming practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Develop educational programs and activities for students and visitors
- Collaborate with educators to integrate farm activities into the school curriculum
- Monitor and report on farm performance and financials
- Ensure the health and safety of all farm workers and visitors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management
- Knowledge of crop production, animal husbandry, and sustainable farming practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and farm management software
