We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our farm operations in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Farm Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of all farm activities to ensure the successful production of crops and livestock.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement farm policies and procedures to ensure efficient and productive operations
- Plan and manage crop cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvesting activities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of farm employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality
- Manage the budget and financial aspects of the farm, including cost control and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other industry stakeholders
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to drive innovation and improve farm practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in farm management software and tools
- Knowledge of agricultural practices, crop cultivation, and livestock management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
