We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- [Random number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Experience with financial reporting and financial analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
