We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices
- Manage cash flow, financial transactions, and banking relationships
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the financial health of the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred
- [5-8] years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
