We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Operations Manager to join our agriculture company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning and operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial data and performance, providing regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial goals are met

Requirements:
