We are currently seeking a Financial Planning Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, as well as operations management in the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to track progress and drive continuous improvement
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budget tracking, expense management, and cash flow forecasting
- Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and operations staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
- [X] years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- [X] years of experience in operations management, preferably in transportation and logistics
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
