Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Financial Planning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning and operations within our real estate company. This individual will play a key role in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improving financial performance
- Monitor and manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including cash flow management and financial risk assessment
- Manage and lead a team of financial analysts and operations staff
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and operations, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
