We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in the construction industry and possess strong financial planning and operations management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for construction projects
- Monitor and analyze project financial performance, including costs, revenues, and profitability
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage the financial reporting process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met
- Lead a team of financial analysts and operations staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and operations management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
