We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Funeral Director to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a strong understanding of the funeral industry.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of funeral arrangements, including scheduling services, coordinating with clergy and other service providers, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide support and guidance to families during their time of loss, including helping them make decisions about funeral options and providing information about grief support services
- Manage and maintain funeral home facilities, ensuring they are clean, organized, and welcoming to families and visitors
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and improve customer service, including managing online obituaries, handling digital record keeping, and implementing software solutions to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members, including funeral assistants, embalmers, and administrative staff, to ensure all aspects of funeral services run smoothly and professionally

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide empathetic support to grieving families
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to funeral services in Dubai
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
