We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors at our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the guest services department, ensuring a high level of service delivery at all times
- Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures to enhance the overall patient experience
- Train and supervise guest services staff, including front desk receptionists, concierge staff, and volunteers
- Manage guest feedback and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of guest services
- Monitor guest service metrics and performance indicators, implementing improvements as needed
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements related to guest services

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
