Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Guest Services Manager to oversee and enhance our guest services operations within the pharmaceutical sector in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests, including healthcare professionals, clients, and stakeholders, receive exceptional service and support during their interactions with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the guest services department, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service.
- Develop and implement guest service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of guest services staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to guests.
- Monitor and analyze guest service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance service quality.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards in all guest interactions and services.
- Organize and manage guest events, presentations, and meetings, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the guest services team.
- Prepare regular reports on guest service performance and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in guest services or customer service management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with guests and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and guest service management software.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
