Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Services Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest services within our Information Technology company, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the guest services team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures to enhance the overall visitor experience
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve service quality
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology solutions that enhance the guest experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in guest services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
