Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Manager to oversee the guest services operations for our construction site in Abu Dhabi. The Guest Services Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all guests, including clients, contractors, and visitors, receive exceptional service throughout their experience on-site. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
- Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of guest service representatives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment that emphasizes teamwork and excellence.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee day-to-day guest services operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery to maintain high standards of guest care.
- Coordinate with other departments, including security, facilities management, and human resources, to ensure seamless operations.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute guest-related events and activities on-site, such as client meetings, site tours, and open houses.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure guest requirements are met during construction milestones.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on guest feedback, service metrics, and team performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in guest services.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all guest services operations comply with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety among team members and guests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in guest services or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with guest management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
