We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our retail team in Dubai. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our retail stores, ensuring that all IT systems and equipment are functioning properly to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems in retail stores
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure
- Provide technical support to store staff and assist with training on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup protocols are in place
- Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies, and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in IT technology to make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, hardware components, and networking protocols
- Experience working in a retail environment is preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
