Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a manufacturing setting. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical support for employees.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users in person, over the phone, or via email
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate to higher-level support if needed
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Set up user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies
- Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation
- Assist with network administration tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the IT field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
