We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in the energy sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users in person, over the phone, or via email
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and networks
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Ensure security and privacy of systems and data
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT systems and processes
- Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
