We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations and infrastructure within our financial services firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT systems, networks, and security within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Oversee the security of IT systems and data, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for IT services and products
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed
- Monitor and report on IT performance metrics to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
