We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in managing key accounts within the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the company's market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of account plans and strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and key account management
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
