Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher with a focus on agriculture to join our dynamic educational team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to fostering a love for learning in young children while integrating agricultural concepts into the curriculum. This role presents a unique opportunity to inspire the next generation regarding the importance of agriculture, sustainability, and healthy living.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans that incorporate agricultural themes and practices.
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity about nature, gardening, and sustainable practices.
- Utilize hands-on activities, outdoor learning experiences, and field trips to enhance understanding of agricultural concepts.
- Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive and collaborative learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on educational development and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop an integrated curriculum that highlights the importance of agriculture, environmental stewardship, and healthy eating.
- Organize and lead activities such as gardening projects, cooking classes, and nature walks to reinforce learning objectives.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that reflects the agricultural themes being taught.
- Engage with parents and the community to promote awareness of agricultural education and its relevance to everyday life.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or license recognized in Dubai or the UAE.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching kindergarten or early childhood education, with a focus on agriculture or environmental education preferred.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young children and their families.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching, with a passion for agriculture and sustainability.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
