We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lactation Consultant to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide expert lactation support and guidance to new mothers and their babies to ensure successful breastfeeding experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting individualized assessments of breastfeeding mothers and babies to identify and address any issues or challenges.
- Providing education and support to mothers on proper breastfeeding techniques, positioning, and latch.
- Developing personalized care plans and strategies to help mothers overcome breastfeeding difficulties.
- Offering guidance on breast pumping, milk storage, and returning to work while breastfeeding.
- Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for breastfeeding mothers and babies.
- Conducting prenatal breastfeeding classes and postnatal support groups.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of consultations and follow-up care.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) or International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lactation Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of breastfeeding best practices, techniques, and common challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus.
