We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lactation Consultant to join our team in Dubai. As a Lactation Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to new mothers on breastfeeding and lactation issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one consultations with new mothers to assess breastfeeding difficulties and provide personalized solutions
- Educating new mothers on proper breastfeeding techniques, positioning, and latching
- Providing guidance on managing common breastfeeding challenges such as low milk supply, engorgement, and nipple pain
- Developing personalized breastfeeding plans for each mother based on their individual needs and goals
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and midwives to ensure comprehensive care for new mothers and their babies
- Conducting group breastfeeding classes and workshops for expectant and new mothers
- Stay up to date on the latest research and developments in lactation and breastfeeding support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) or International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Lactation Consultant or in a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of local breastfeeding laws and regulations in Dubai
