We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lactation Consultant to join our team in Dubai, within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of lactation and breastfeeding practices, as well as the ability to provide expert support and guidance to mothers in the workplace.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one consultations with mothers to assess breastfeeding challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Educating and empowering mothers on best practices for breastfeeding, pumping, and storing breastmilk.
- Collaborating with HR and management to create breastfeeding-friendly policies and facilities within the workplace.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees on breastfeeding and lactation support.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and developments in lactation and breastfeeding practices.
- Providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure successful breastfeeding outcomes for mothers.

Requirements:
- Certified Lactation Consultant with [random number] years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to breastfeeding in the workplace.
- Experience working in a corporate or financial services environment is preferred.
