### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Lawyer with expertise in Aerospace and Defense to join our legal team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen, experience in regulatory compliance, and a comprehensive understanding of the aerospace and defense industry. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on various aspects of aerospace and defense law, including procurement, contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to aerospace and defense projects, ensuring alignment with local laws and international standards.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging trends, regulations, and case law that may affect the aerospace and defense sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to provide legal guidance on project developments.
- Represent the company in negotiations, hearings, and legal proceedings, including arbitration and litigation, as necessary.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with contracts and operational business activities.
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to local and international regulations, including export control laws and defense procurement guidelines.
- Stay informed of changes in laws and regulations affecting the aerospace and defense industry, and advise stakeholders accordingly.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on legal matters related to aerospace and defense, including compliance and ethical standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of legal policies and procedures to promote best practices within the organization.

### Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
- Admission to practice law in the UAE or a relevant jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in a legal role, with a strong focus on aerospace and defense law.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution within the aerospace and defense sector.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
