We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mortgage Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Mortgage Assistant will work closely with our mortgage advisors and clients to facilitate the mortgage process and ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Responsibilities:
- Assist mortgage advisors in gathering and organizing client documentation for mortgage applications
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the status of mortgage applications
- Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely processing and approval of mortgage applications
- Prepare mortgage loan packages for submission to lenders
- Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mortgage applications and transactions
- Provide administrative support to mortgage advisors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in mortgage processing or real estate
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage processing software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and procedures is a plus
