We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mortgage Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the Consumer Goods industry. The Mortgage Assistant will work closely with the Mortgage Advisor to provide administrative and operational support throughout the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Mortgage Advisor in collecting and organizing necessary documents for mortgage applications
- Liaise with clients, banks, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and timely processing of mortgage applications
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns throughout the mortgage process
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in mortgage processing or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage processing software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance requirements
