We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Assistant to join our construction company in Dubai. The Mortgage Assistant will be responsible for assisting the mortgage team in processing and managing mortgage applications for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting and organizing all necessary documentation for mortgage applications
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mortgage applications and approvals
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing financial documents to determine eligibility for mortgage loans
- Provide administrative support to the mortgage team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in mortgage processing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage processing software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
