We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Assistant to join our telecommunications company in Dubai. The Mortgage Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the mortgage department, assisting in the processing of mortgage applications, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing of mortgage applications, including gathering and verifying applicant information, preparing loan documents, and coordinating with lenders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mortgage files, ensuring all documentation is complete and in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the mortgage process to provide updates and gather necessary information
- Assist in scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as needed
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in mortgage lending to ensure compliance and provide excellent service to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in mortgage lending or a similar role in the telecommunications industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage processing software
- Knowledge of mortgage regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
