We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of [X] years of experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture, finger sticks, or heel sticks
- Label and store blood samples for processing
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records of blood samples
- Prepare specimens for transportation to the laboratory
- Follow proper safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure a comfortable and positive experience during blood collection
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in phlebotomy
- [X] years of experience working as a Phlebotomist
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
