We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for medical testing, transfusions, donations, or research. In this role, you will work closely with medical professionals to ensure accurate and timely collection of blood samples.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture or fingerstick methods
- Label and store blood samples in the appropriate containers for transportation
- Follow strict safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure the safety of both patients and staff
- Keep detailed records of blood samples collected and report any abnormal findings to medical staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to strict hygienic standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Phlebotomist
- Knowledge of venipuncture techniques and blood collection procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Certification in Phlebotomy is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
