We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing pharmaceutical products and supplies for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in sourcing and selecting suppliers for pharmaceutical products and supplies
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Place purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels to minimize surplus and shortages
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing information
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with orders, deliveries, or invoicing
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform purchasing decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and supplies is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and purchasing software
