We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the energy sector. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Purchasing Manager in sourcing, purchasing, and negotiating materials and services for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services needed for various projects within the energy sector.
- Identify potential suppliers and vendors, and negotiate pricing and terms of contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Follow up with suppliers to track orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- [Number] years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and purchasing software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
