We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the telecommunications industry and a strong understanding of purchasing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing Manager in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services for the telecommunications projects.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Process purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the purchasing department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure purchasing objectives are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
