We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance on construction projects.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and ensure that our projects adhere to all legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address any compliance issues.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure compliance throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
- Train and educate staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance violations or issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of UAE construction laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
