We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Regulatory Compliance Manager in the retail industry, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards set forth by government agencies and industry bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business and advise senior management on necessary actions.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that compliance requirements are met in all aspects of the business operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and coordinate inspections and audits as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
- Investigate and address any compliance violations or concerns that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations governing retail operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
