We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our Information Technology team in Abu Dhabi. The Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to information technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Monitor and assess regulatory changes and their potential impact on the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities as required.
- Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the information technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulations related to information technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification in regulatory compliance (e.g. Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) is a plus.
