We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations governing the telecommunications industry in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and assess changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address areas of non-compliance.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings as required by the relevant authorities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory agencies and authorities.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to the telecommunications sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
