### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team in the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of sales operations within the IT industry.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices to ensure a smooth sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and reports. Use data analytics to provide insights on sales trends, forecast revenue, and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges. Provide support in terms of tools, resources, and training to enhance their performance.

- CRM Management: Oversee the management of the CRM system to ensure accurate data entry and usage. Train and assist sales staff in utilizing the CRM effectively for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals. Assist in creating sales plans and forecasting revenue.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing regular feedback and recommendations to the sales team to drive improvements.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments. Facilitate the flow of information and support collaborative initiatives.

- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate the development of training programs aimed at improving sales skills and product knowledge.

- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the sales operations budget. Ensure that resources are allocated effectively to support sales initiatives.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales performance metrics.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools.
