We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations based on their needs
- Keep up to date with current trends in the retail industry and competitor activities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sale system
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales (minimum 2 years)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the latest trends in the retail industry
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic computer skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
