Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director to lead our Retail division based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, business development, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve retail targets and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of retail managers and staff to ensure operational excellence
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and customer service strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth in a retail environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with retail technology and software systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
