We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Program Manager to join our telecommunications team based in Al Ain. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs within the telecommunications sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of programs
- Monitor and track program progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
- Communicate program status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management
- Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project managers
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to program delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management within the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure
