We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our healthcare team in Al Ain. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various healthcare programs within the organization. This individual will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that programs are delivered successfully and meet the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Lead a team of program managers and coordinators to effectively execute program activities and deliverables
- Monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes to determine effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of services
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact program success and develop contingency plans as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and support for program initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform program design and implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, public health, or related field; Master's degree preferred
