We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain within the Consumer Goods industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects within the consumer goods sector.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs within the organization.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project objectives are met.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project delivery.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers within the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
