We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and met
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive organizational change as needed
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- PMP or other project management certification is preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
